Arrow Head Vine-Syngonium

Description

The arrowhead vine is a beautiful trailing or climbing vine that grows quickly when conditions are right. It is from a large part of South America, but it has become a popular houseplant because it is easy to care for and looks good hanging.

As the arrowhead vine gets older, its leaves change shape from a simple arrow shape to a deeply divided leaf with many lobes. Depending on how old the leaves are, they can be anything from dark green and white to lime green and bright pink. Arrowhead vine can only grow outside in USDA hardiness zones 10 through 12, so it is grown as a houseplant in most of the United States. The vine does best when it is left alone, which makes it a great choice for people who are new to gardening or who just forget to take care of their home garden often.
